At Smoke Kulture, all sales are final.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


NO RETURNS • NO REFUNDS • NO EXCHANGES

Smoke Kulture does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Product dissatisfaction

  • Shipping delays

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Items not meeting personal expectations

Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All products sold by Smoke Kulture are considered FINAL SALE, including but not limited to:

  • Regular-priced items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Promotional or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

At our sole discretion, and where required by law, we may offer a replacement or store credit.


SHIPPING & NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds


RETURN ABUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service related to abusive or fraudulent claims

  • Deny any resolution that does not comply with this policy

  • Suspend or terminate accounts associated with abuse, chargeback fraud, or policy violations
